Home remedies to avoid back pain

 

 

Back pain is a very common issue nowadays, almost every one of us has these issues.

There could be various reasons depending on the person's occupation, habits we can cure it with following home remedies.

 

 1. In the morning, put three to four buds of garlic in mustard or coconut oil (heat till the garlic buds turn black). Massage the waist with this oil when it is cold.


2. Put a towel in the warm saltwater and squeeze it. After this, lie on your stomach. Steam with a towel in place of pain. This is a surefire solution to relieve back pain.

 

3. Put two to three spoons of salt in the pan and bake it well. Apply this salt in a thick cotton cloth and make a bundle. By compressing this bundle on the waist, it also provides relief from pain

 

4. Bake the celery on low heat on the griddle. When cold, chew slowly and swallow. Its regular intake provides relief in back pain.

 

5. Do not work by sitting in the same position for too long. Get up from your chair and walk for a while every forty minutes.

  

6. Soft padded seats should be avoided. Back pain patients should sleep a bit by laying on a stiff bed. 

 

7. Low amounts of calcium also make bones weak, so consume calcium-rich things.

 

8. The seat should be tight while driving the car, keep the seating posture also correct and while driving the car, tighten the seat belt 

 

9 Never sit on your back while working in the office. Place your back on the chair in such a way that it is always straight. To keep the neck straight, the chair can be folded by folding a thick towel backwards.
